Starfrost have completed an installation of a Contact Crust Freezing system for a seafood processor in Northern Europe. Future Proof Designed to be adaptable, the compact freezer can crust harden or total freeze the seafood products, dependant on production needs. Its highly versatile and future proof design, allows the seafood company to increase capacity as well as diversify production to suit potential expansion plans. Premium Product Quality With precise freezing control, the Contact can rapidly process up to 6000 fish fillets an hour. The innovative and hygienic belt design, leaves no marking and provides the ideal solution for delicate, soft, wet and sticky food products such as seafood, meat and poultry. The freezing technique maintains product shape and improves product quality, which minimizes yield loss and improves product appearance.
