The ISO 9001 certification, developed and published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), examines quality management principles, including a strong customer focus, motivation and implication of top management, the process approach to effective quality management, and continual improvement. The certification is maintained every year through a “surveillance audit” to show we have practices in place that demonstrate our level of quality.

The recent audit, conducted by LQRA, evaluated our core processes including management systems, design, and production. We successfully passed the audit with zero non-conformities, demonstrating the ability of our management system to systematically achieve the audit standard requirements.
