Starfrost worked in partnership with a UK based bakery to design a bespoke Contact Cooler system, built around their individual processes.
The bakery which produces premium baked products required a system that could cool the temperature of its baked cookies. Starfrost designed a Contact Cooler to accurately suit food product characteristics whilst conforming to space restrictions within the bakery’s processing line.
The result was a tailor made solution built to specification. The Contact Cooler features a continuous PU belt which eliminates belt marking on the soft, delicate baked products, delivering premium product quality and appearance.
The Contact Cooler is effective, easy to clean and hygienic. Its flexible design allows adaptions to crust freeze or harden products depending on product requirements.
